Kentech is able to provide low level delay circuity as an option for most of its pulse generator products, (this is the /D option for our avalanche pulsers) however, a common problem with low level triggering, in particular with logic level signals, is one of timing drift. Although low shot to shot jitter is easily obtained, overall timing stability on the timescale of picoseconds is difficult to achieve.

We have developed a programmable passive delay generator specifically designed for critical timing applications such as array phasing or multiple channel fast camera drive. With suitable triggering scheme we are able to time many pulse generator channels with a relative precision and stability very much better than the 100ps risetime which our avalanche pulsers achieve.
